INDUS CONSULTANCY SERVICES INC. ANNOUNCES INTEGRATION INITIATIVE WITH SILVERSTREAM SOFTWARE
ICS joins the SilverStream SilverNET Program
Burlington, MA June 1, 1998 - Indus Consultancy Services (ICS) today announced its participation in the
SilverStream SilverNET Program. Under that program ICS will offer various integrations
with the SilverStream Software. Some of the upcoming integration initiatives will include
Seagate Software’s Crystal Reports, Gradient Technologies’ NetCrusader and
Nortel’s Entrust.
The SilverNet program will extend the relationship between ICS and SilverStream software. Under the Internet/Intranet Practice, ICS provides
solutions based on SilverStream Software and is already a SilverStream Sterling VAR and
Public Training Partner.
"The SilverNet Program will enable us to
leverage our knowledge of complimentary products and integrate them with
SilverStream", said Shekar Gunaseharan, president for Indus Consultancy Services.
"We will be able to reap the co-development and co-marketing benefits of the program
to provide total solutions to the SilverStream client-base."
These initiatives will provide seamless integration with the award-winning SilverStream Application Server. The integration with Crystal
Reports will allow users to generate, print and distribute reports from within a SilverStream application. Security environments like NetCrusader and Entrust will provide
another level of security and strength to the SilverStream Application Server.
