NJ Information Management System (IMS) Contract AWARDED to ICS
Paramus, NJ - June, 2003 - IIndus Consultancy Services (ICS) is pleased to
announce that it has been awarded the Case Information Management System Contract by State
of New Jersey, Department of Law and Public Safety (LPS), Office of Government Integrity
(OGI) The Information Management System is being designed in JAVA environment using J2EE and
will be a browser based system.
The OGI is part of LPS and was created in May 2002 and consists
of three primary units: the Unit of Fiscal Integrity in School
Construction, the Professional Responsibility Unit, and the
Public Corruption Unit. OGI also handles other matters assigned
by the Attorney General.
Once implemented, the IMS will be a comprehensive CASE
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM that will track and store information about
all matters handled by OGI. It will provide solutions for
investigations into the various types of cases dealt by the
OGI, such as Fiscal Integrity in School Construction, Professional
Responsibility cases, Criminal Cases and Civil Cases. The systems
capabilities will allow investigators to query, track and generate
various reports, as well as have the ability to import and export data
from various investigative data sources, audit control, history tracking,
and viewing staff assignments.

Earlier, ICS had worked on New Jersey Teacher Certification
Information System Contract for the Office of Licensure and
Credentials, an agency within the New Jersey Department of
Education. ICS was also awarded the All Claims Database System
Contract for the Office of Insurance Fraud Prosecutor,
Division of Criminal Justice, NJ and the Case Organization
Utilization Reporting & Tracking System (COURTS) Contract for
the New Jersey Department of Labor, which won the prestigious
NASIRE AWARD.
